How to book?
In the first place our team thanks you for choosing rental specialist road bike in the Alps.
1. Select your first rental day, the place of withdrawal and the number of rental days.
2. Click on "I choose my equipment"
3. Then select the bike you want to book.
4. Bottom of the product page you can choose the size, the pedals you want to free up by our technician and the number of bikes (if you ride in a group, for example)
5. Then click the "Add to cart" tab
6. You can then finalize your reservation or continue your reservation (other models, accessories ...) but also order item on our online store and retrieve your bike.
What is included with the rental?
We attach great importance to the quality of our services. Bikes are rented clean and revised. You can choose between four types of pedals (flat, Look Keo, Shimano SPD SL or your own pedals).
Are included free with the rental: a helmet (very comfortable), a repair kit, a multi-tool, a counter, a pump.
Do you offer insurance?
No we do not offer insurance. We insist that you must subscribe to a personal insurance before starting your stay. Note that many credit cards cover you for accidents or damage. In case of deterioration of the hired equipment We collect the deposit and give you an invoice to be reimbursed by your insurance.
How to pay my hire?
When you finalize your booking request, you can pay by 4 different payment methods: with your Paypal account, credit card (Credit card, Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express Discover, Aurora, Discover, 4 stars, American Express ) via Paypal, bank transfer or check.

How to get my equipment?
Appointment in place of withdrawal from your order the same day from 9:30 am with your printed voucher and your passport.
Can I send you my postural study?
You can move us your postural study by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), our technician in closer to the maximum. You can also send us your email settings (saddle nose / hanger, length of horizontal tube and bottom bracket axle / top of the saddle). What gear ratios on your bikes?
Our region is very mountainous. Our bikes are equipped with gears to climb (the carbon range is equipped with compact cranksets with cassette minimum 27 teeth). The aluminum range is equipped with triple trays transmissions. However if you want to ride with gears runner, know that we have bikes equipped with double crankset with cassette 11/25 teeth.
When can I get my material?
Your equipment is available in the morning from 9am. The day you return your equipment must be made before 18:30.

Is what I pay with vacation checks?
We only accept payment by Paypal and credit card via the secure Paypal payment terminal.
