Advice

/ Cols are located in mountainous areas and consequently the weather changes very quickly. To avoid getting stuck in the snow (even in June!) or by a storm, check the weather before your ride. www.meteofrance.com

/ Check the condition of roads and opening cols (some passes do not open until June).

/ Essential equipment : helmet, repair kit, and warm clothes for downhill (especially for high passes like Galibier or Iseran)

/ Stay hydrated and eat during your ascent to avoid hypoglycemic episodes

/ Anticipate the reservation of your bike. Many of our clients book bikes 6/7 months before their stay. Guaranteed to have a bike for your holidays is booking enough in advance to avoid being disappointed by a stockout during a last minute booking.
